What We Do

PMR Charity was founded 2003. Our main goal now is to raise money for those who cannot afford to pay their medical bills.

Our committee is 100% volunteer and consists of physicians, nurses, and medical marketing reps. Patients (or their family members) and case managers can apply for funds for a specific case by filling out our application form. Once the form is completed and faxed to us our committee reviews the application to determine the need for funds and how it will be distributed. This process may take anywhere between 1-5 days on average.

We have touched many lives and with today’s economy combined with the rise in healthcare costs we are sadly seeing an increased need for our services. Our goal is to touch as many lives as we can. From time to time we also help out other projects such as medical school clubs or camps for underprivileged youth with the hope of teaching young physicians or young individuals the value of community service.However the majority of our funds are for patients in need in the North Texas area.Our main source of fundraising is our annual golf tournament. We also have other smaller fundraisers throughout the year based on need. We welcome any new ideas as we feel the more we can grow, the more lives we can help.
